As part of our Artist Collaboration Series, 2026 featured artist Dana Falconberry has created a collection of artwork highlighting the importance of the Conservancy’s work by capturing the beauty and significance of indicator species at The Ridge Nature Preserve.

Dana says, "In the end, I mean for these pieces to depict a timeless but sanguine representation of life on the Ridge. Instead of portraits, they are my dreams of these landscapes. Here, trillium and Jack-in-the-pulpit sparkle under a twinkling canopy."

This beautiful original artwork features native flora intricately chainstitched on top of a painted landscape by local artist Dana Falconberry.
